We provide consulting and small part manufacturing services to companies large and small across the upper Midwest.
Our specialty is wire EDM machining and the production of precision machined parts. Using this precise tooling helps us deliver closer tolerances and attention to detail.
We also produce prototypes and provide mechanical inspection, design and engineering services.

Arlen Johnson
Owner, Principal Machinist
Before founding ACUTEC in 1994, Arlen spent decades working on manufacturing lines and managing production teams and process innovation.
He has led the ground-up development of multiple manufacturing facilities to produce parts ranging from implantable knee and hip joints to laparoscopic surgical instruments.
Eric Johnson
CAD/CAM Specialist
Eric is a Mastercam certified CAD/CAM specialist with over a decade of experience. He works directly with our clients to ensure our work meets the highest industry standards.
